PROP HIRE & FAQ
So you want your wedding to look amazing?
The most important step is to send me an email or use the contact page and let me know the date and venue of your wedding or event, along with a list of the props you would like to hire. From there I will check our availability and get back to you with a quote which will let you know all the information you need to proceed with your booking. Please note until payment has been received your chosen props will not be reserved.
If you are not sure what you want that is fine! Just send me an idea and I can put a bespoke list together for you.
Can we view the props?
Yes of course, it’s always great to have an excuse to get the biscuits and cakes in, so do come and have a look at the props, have a big pot of tea and a natter. It’s great to come and view if possible as I’m always adding new and fantastic props which may not be on the website yet. Our office is based at Norwich Camping and Leisure, 58 Yarmouth Rd, Blofield, Norwich NR13 4LQ.
Will you deliver the props or can we collect them?
Yes to both of those questions….. We offer a delivery and collection service if we are available, and the mileage cost will be added to the quote. Collection and drop off is also avalable from our base in Norwich.
How long is the hire period?
Collection or delivery of the props will normally be the day before the event and collection or return on the day after, so roughly about 3 days. We are happy for longer periods if required and will always try to accommodate any requests but additional charges may apply.
What if I can’t set up the props myself?
I offer a full styling service on the day, where I set up all the props and any additional items you have. This starts from £70.00 and if you are also purchasing flowers from myself they will all be set up within that cost.
I also offer on the day event co-ordination. With years worth of experience you can be certain that everything will be covered. For £300.00 I will come and set up all props and flowers and then spend the day keeping the event running to schedule, coordinating suppliers and making sure you and your guests have everything they need.
At the end of the day the props will then be packed away and taken back to HQ.
Job done, it’s then happily ever after
